Return & Refund Policy

We trust you'll be delighted with your purchase! But if it doesn't meet your expectations completely, we've streamlined our returns to make them hassle-free.

1. Cancel The Order

Get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours but before we ship, there's a transaction fee for refunds. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after 30 days from when we ship it.

2. Return The Product

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your product, you have the option to return all purchased products in their complete, original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery to receive either a replacement or refund. Once this 30-day period has elapsed from your purchase date, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

In cases where there are defects or quality concerns, we will provide either a complete refund or a complimentary one-time replacement, provided the request is made within 30 days of item receipt.

If your order is already in transit and you wish to initiate a return, you must first accept delivery of the package. Following receipt, please reach out to our customer service team to receive detailed return procedures. Be aware that declining to accept delivered shipments may result in the deduction of twice the shipping costs from your initial payment amount.

3. Return Process

Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return procedure. Please supply them with purchase verification, such as a Commercial Invoice. You will be provided with guidelines on the correct packaging methods and shipping procedures for sending the items back to us. Ensure that all parts and accessories are enclosed within the return shipment.

4. Refund

After we get your returned items and check them, we will send you an email. This email will tell you that we received your return. It will also tell you if your refund is approved or not. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 business days. We will send you another email when your refund is done. If you don't get your refund after 14 business days, please contact us.
