When we have many orders, shipping may take extra days. Please expect some extra time for delivery. If there is a big delay, we will email you.
Once your order is sent out, you will get an email confirming the shipment that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking details will be refreshed within 48 hours. If your tracking details have not been refreshed within 10 business days, please get in touch with us.
We work with secure, dependable and speedy shipping companies, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS and others. Delivery time differs depending on the country, and shipping to most nations and areas takes 10-15 days, though we cannot promise exact delivery schedules. If you are unable to track your package, please contact us.

Based on your nation's import regulations, local customs authorities will impose customs duties and VAT on packages sent from China. When your parcel arrives, the logistics provider will reach out to you to complete the customs clearance process and collect the applicable customs duties and VAT. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these taxes. If the buyer refuses to pay the fees, no refund will be issued.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 7 business days. We are not liable for any losses, including missing packages, damaged items, delays, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in contacting the responsible carrier. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged products, as they may be needed to file a claim with the shipping company.
